Toffee Fig Pie

Figs are in season! They’re cheap and plentiful and sooooo fresh-tasting. We love them most on their own, or maybe baked with some goats cheese for a few minutes. But this recipe for toffee fig pie is so scrumptiously autumnal, we just had to share. Eat them with ice-cream or custard in a warm kitchen on a dark, rainy evening.
