Arty Party

The Dulwich Festival concludes this weekend. Grabbing some hipness from East London, their kerb-side exhibition of street art, Baroque The Streets, has turned the area into a colourful celebration of graffiti, all inspired by old master paintings. A group of international artists have taken up residency in a house on Lordship Lane (next to Dulwich Picture Gallery), painting it inside and out. Our kids love graffiti; even now it’s an accepted art form, there’s still something deliciously rebellious about painting in public spaces, so this is a chance for them to see work by some of the world’s best artists and have their imaginations fired up. Free, all weekend. More here
